This is a little bit of a different format this time. Instead of a "writing" format i chose to keep the picture upload format because i ha the perfect photo for this. this poem (a all my writing is) is by me, and i hope you enjoy it. The photo is also (c) myself since it IS me, and the quote is by Anton LaVey as it says at the bottom. Informational links will be provided below the poem for reference and what have you. as i said, enjoy.
I dare you to step from the confines of each social disease man has created, I dare you to spit the wine back into the cup, And take my hand, To kiss the goat and accept true pleasure.
I dare you to stand while others bow their heads, And to walk above the haze of false hopes. To watch an elder bend at the waste upon your arrival, Instead of giving you a sideward glance.
I dare you to speak up against injustice, And to live without hinder. I dare you to hold your hands to your sides and watch as humanity dies, And then tell me He could do the same.
I was once one of you, But that was before Baphomet lent me her eyes. I dare you to see as I have, Then continue to kneel before a statue.
I kneel before no god, No man nor idol nor idea. I live in peace with the earth and it's people, Only searching for personal gratification.
And I dare you to do the same, If your god is true he will grant you forgiveness, But if you so happen to find he is a lie, There's always room in the circle.
