Here are Hoot Loop's parents, who are named Owldini and Tetra. According to his biography, Hoot Loop was raised by a guild of magicians in Skyland's most famous traveling circus, and of course, his parents are magicians and both work at the circus. Owldini is great at magic tricks, such as pulling a dragonbunny out of his magic hat, does card tricks, juggling, and famous for making a sheep disappear. Tetra on the other hand has a different kind of magic, such as levitating, hypnotizing (Which her son Hoot Loop got these from) and psychokinesis. Owldini is always understandable to his son Hoot Loop while Tetra is a serious one and is very strict to him, but she really loves him. Tetra also speaks in a Russian accent.
