Here we have a little Hoot Loop holding a baby Jet-Vac while he's sitting on a beanbag chair. It looks like he wanted Jet-Vac to be his little brother because he's cute. Still I don't know Hoot Loop's biography yet, they should have released each Skylanders: Swap Force Skylanders (Both regular and swappable ones) biographies right now though, but this is drawn for fun, that's all.
