Here's the situation:
One of Mark's buds, Glenn, is filming him here.
My idea is he was doing this freestyle rap routine for the camera.
Then everyone starts to go off somewhere and his brother Ricky tries to catch his attention.
And Mark stays in character just long enough for a peace-out.
Mark was named by me, but designed by Ribnose, FYI.
