Character Description
Frostcat is an ice using feline that has the makings to become a freedom fighter. Through his adventures, he begins to hone his skills and abilities in order prepare himself for any danger that come his way.
Personality
Frostcat is a cool yet laid back individual. He takes after his hero Sonic the Hedgehog for his "too cool" attitude and puts that into his own style. He can also be funny at times to break the ice and keep everyone positive. Due to his origin, he gives respect to he fellow felines both anthro and mobian alike. Frostcat is also adventurous when there absolutely nothing else to do. As such, he normally goes to the Freedom Fighters for sparing. But when there's a real threat that impacts his friends, bases, cities, or the world, he'll do whatever he can to stop who ever is responsible from succeeding.
Likes/Dislikes
Frostcat likes to have fun weather it's relaxing at beaches and landscapes, late night raves, chilling out with friends or even sparing with them and his rivals. He's a sucker for cooked fish and loves the winter season and snowy areas.
He doesn't like opponents using underhanded tricks as well as himself using his own time abilities to win instantly. He also doesn't take kindly to those that constantly brag about themselves 24/7. And even though she's an asset to G.U.N., Rouge's constant flirts towards him can be a bit too much.
Background/History
Centuries after the Xorda global attack, Frostcat was born as a mixed breed of feline(anthro) and hedgehog(mobian shape) at the time when hybrids were prohibited for natural balance reasons. Due to his royal bloodline however, he was exiled out of his era and into the current time by Chaos Control at a very young age (NexGen reference for the process). Later as he grew up, Frost continuously has visions of someone from his past which guided him to obtaining the royal elemental sword as well earning a temporary machine called a Time Sweeper which allows him to alter time. These items along with his natural ice abilities, gave him the strength need to become a freelance Freedom Fighter as well as getting to know new friends in his world and beyond. Frost currently resides at Station Square after a mix up between worlds but will always have time to visit the Freedom Fighter’s base New Mobotropolis.
Relatives/Family
Through sheer coincidence during the merging of worlds (Vision of..." Stories), Blaze the Cat was able to change Frost's royal elemental ice sword into a fire sword. At the same time he also discovered that embedded in his head underneath his hair is a white gem similar to the red gem of Blaze. Even though they are from different eras and dimensions, their bloodlines has to cross somewhere in the present time.
World/Setting
Frostcat lives in the world of Mobius, once known as Earth. He know resides in the current time of the Freedom Fighters led by Sally Acorn and Sonic the Hedgehog. After the crossing of his world and the dream traveler's named Klonoa, Frostcat has earned the title of Freelance Freedom Fighter. After the fall of the Iron Queen's brief dominion, everything seems to be at peace for now.
Body
Frostcat has the average mobian-style body. He has black fur with soft white chest fur, a white-tipped tail, and a tan muzzle like any common hedgehog. His eyes are true blue and only change to icy blue when transformed to Perma-Frost. When he has to, his hair splits apart revealing the white gem giving him the added edge of his ice abilities.
Clothing
His common attire are his Black and White shoes, white shirt and black with blue flame pants and jacket.
Accessories
Frostcat always travels with his Elemental sword that was found in the hidden ruins of Cat Country. Whenever time distortion is used in battle his goggles will appear on his head along with his Time Sweeper to balance the fight. He can also use power rings to refresh or enhance his ice powers for an amount of time.
