Character Description
Once an orphan who was taught to always stay positive and have fun. Now thanks to what claims to be his father's letter with a card and lucky bell, he is set to travel from town to town until he reaches to his new home in Pouncefield.
Personality
Growing up at an orphanage with kind caretakers along with his first letter that he read, Frost has always been the type of well-behaved kid that brightens everyone's day. He could be a trouble maker at times.
Likes/Dislikes
Like every other kid, Frosty loves candy and junk food. But he does eat his veggies from time to time. He also has fun at amusement parks, playgrounds, and arcades. Frost Cat takes up from the cartoons he watched. So he loves to be adventurous and discover new places. He enjoys the company of others so that he can always make them smile. Even if it's people he doesn't even know.
But Frost also knows that not everyone is trustworthy. The feline doesn't like it when things don't add up. He also doesn't like to hurt anyone physically or emotionally. Although he's not much of a fighter, he knows when to stand up to bullies that push him or his friends around.
Background/History
Brief Story
Frost Cat was actually given to a proper orphanage at a small town as a baby kitten. It was the least that his mother can do in her position. As he grew up under the care of other orphans and caretakers, he was taught the proper everything like every other school would. But as he was getting more into reading, one of the caretakers gave him a letter that was from his father.

Dear Frost Cat,
I want you to know that first hand that I am proud of you for who you are. My son. I know this may be a shock to you. But no matter what happens, always stay positive. Be happy for who you are and live your life to the fullest. If you're good, I will give you a special present later on.

From that moment on, he would stay true to his letter and continued to live on as a carefree child. As the years gone by the feline became fascinated by the cartoons that he watched and let his imagination run free for a bit. At times he would learn new tricks with a paddle ball and mimic some attacks like in one of the cartoons that he watches. He also discover that he has high natural reflexes and balance as he plays with his fellow orphans at a local park.
On his eighth birthday he received a mystery present that contained a sheet of paper that with a key and small paper that says "Box 12 Ask for it by name." The next day during one of his errands, he asked went off to the post office and asked for the mail in Box 12 under Frost Cat. The kitten was confused by the formal response and was given a medium sized box. Inside contained a shirt, black jacket and pants. As he looked underneath the clothes he discovered a collar with a small gold bell and an envelope at states wear these and open at night.
Still confused, the little kitten finished his errands and waited until the nightfall when everyone was asleep. He opened the letter first. Inside was a letter that reads:

To my special boy,
The caretakers have given me a recent check up on you. It seems you like to be adventurous, so this is your big chance. There is a great school that I want you to be a part of but in my position, getting you myself might risk ruining my career. That is why I'm giving you this card. You should be able to buy food and clothing as well as train tickets to travel towards Pouncefield. After all, we both share the same name. And always remember to put that collar on at all times once you leave the orphanage. You'll never know who might just help you along your way. Inside the envelop is the info needed of where you need to go as well as a picture of your old man. Well, not as old as you think. Take care of yourself and always know that I love you.

Inside the envelope contained a map of Pouncefield, a small pamphlet of St. Lovejoy School and a picture of what seem to be his future self with the exact outfit. Except that the clothes he received was missing the blue flames that was on the picture.
Convinced and with paddle ball in hand, he wore the outfit given to him and snuck out of the orphanage ad headed to the nearby train station. There he sees a conductor that notices the young cub with the outfit and bell collar on. As Frost tries to explain while nervously getting his card, the conductor replied "Say no more little one. You father told me to give you this." as the conductor handed him a chain wallet and clipped it on his belt loop. And he finishes by saying "And don't worry, this train ride is on the house."
As he takes his seat and arranged his wallet, he can't help but look at the detailed pamphlet of the school along with the picture of his father.
Relatives/Family
The only lead going for the young cub is his father who share the same name as him. Surely he must be famous of something. But why can't he simply take the young one directly to Pouncefield himself?
World/Setting
Frosty lives in the furry reality of earth where anything is possible. He leaves a small town that has a little bit of everything to live there.
Body
Frostcat has a cute look to him with black and white body in a tuxedo pattern.
Clothing
His clothing has a simple white shirt with a black jacket and pants to match.
Accessories
Although he's a little skeptic, his bell collar as seem to be attracting the right people during his travels.
