When you're a 6'8" cat with enormous tits, people looking at you is just an eventuality. And she's very practiced at maneuvering around those "hooters." : )

"No luck in love, more luck in games", so perhaps "no luck in games..."
Then again, the crowd there seems to be friends more than a anything else, but still. Well, just random thinking on that. Very cool image and nice to see the dice gods mentioned, they've caused plenty of grief in their anger.

I think I must save the vast majority of my good AND bad luck for off the gaming table, because I swear I have had the fewest critical fails OR successes of my entire group. Though that's probably just psychological bias from the fact that I see their 20's and 1's more often because there are more OF them than the one of me.

For someone else to replicate my rolling ability in DnD, they'd roll a d8 instead of a d20. My average roll, with any dice, is about 4. I consider 10 to be a pretty good roll...

I'm so glad I came up with this idea. Another fun fact: For all that I roll as well as Siege does (or vice versa), I've never died because of it, not once. All deaths have been the fault of someone else (for example, going up to a tech-heretic and asking "Hey, seen any heresy around here? Also, we need a bomb to save the day") and good roll playing.
Psst, Siege is the right name, but not the right username.

The Random Number Generator God is a fickle god. When he favours you, you can walk through minefields, thread a needle with an arrow and turn an encounter that should have been an unwinnable "force the players to retreat" into "You killed the dragon in one hit."
And when you anger him he turns a 95% success chance into 5 failed attempts in a row and kills entire squads in a single, easily avoided blow. And RNG is angry far more often than he is happy.
I remember finding people in game, back when i played Urban Dead, who would role play as cultists of "RNG". I know it's just probability, but it can really seem like the dice hate you sometime. Particularly when they get a personality. A buddy of mine has a dice that refuses to roll over 4, except when it would be helpful to roll low, and even I have a particular dice i use for combat and one i use for skills because one is "angry" and the other is "helpful" :P
So praise be to the Random Number God! May the rattling of our dice please him.
