Hey, he's pretty. Really like the dress and how he's holding it for running. Good job on his front viewed muzzle, and hanging equine ears. The ankle bands above his hooves are a nice detail and keep his feet from being too boring compared to his dress. His hair looks good, but does not seem to be affected by the flow of air as he runs. Forearms may be a little short. I like him : ) Definitely needs a comment, so here one is.
