1. Not sure actually its common Japanese festival snack I've seen in many anime before, alternately it could be some glazed meat balls on stick. 2. Her eyes are normally like that, though there always possibility some cute stud of guy just walk by. 3. Better question what does she plan on doing with it? And does she have enough to share with her family?

1. I guess every culture that eats meat has meatballs. 2. She always has hearts in her eyes? That must make for some massive misunderstandings with guys she's just met. :) 3.
