I actually like/love the exposition in this page. I feel that it would take too many pages to illustrate what happened to Teddy. Explaining the back story from time to time via text is actually a lot handier in this situation. The way you've articulated the whole story in this page also sounds professional to me as in it actually SOUNDS like a medical/military rundown of the events that transpired during the incident that Teddy's unit was caught up in.
I, for one, am totally okay with all the text in this page.
