Gah... I'm really struggling with this design... I think I'm being too... uh... I don't know, I can't think of the words right now, or figure out what I want to DO with this picture... that's why I'm just chucking this up as is, for now. I need some sleep.
There's still just over 24 hours before the deadline... ugh, I don't think I'm very good at handling deadlines... why'd I have to go and spend my time on this yesterday redrawing the rabbit? Please tell me this one looks better than the first one at least...
I think I need to simplify it, but I don't know how. I wanted it to have a moody noir/sin city sort of look but... don't know what I'm doing. >_< So much to do, so little time... *flails frantically and has a little panic attack, spinning around on the spot* I don't know what to do! D8 *cries and curls up into a ball*
... ugh... just ignore my hysterical little anxiety attack... I'm sure it'll all be fine... if only I could draw what I wanted, the way I wanted... why does everyone have to make it look so easy? O_o
EDIT: also, looking at the pic, I just remembered that I forgot to actually check to make sure there wasn't anything, you know, BAD on http://pinkbunny.net/ just in case people misread the t-shirt design... but that is just awesome. I think that proves without a doubt that the universe has a wicked sense of humour. My rather frantic, hysterical, panicky mood has just done a backflip. XD
Yup, screw it, that settles everything. This design is my calling. My destiny! XP I have 24 hours (not counting the 4 or so I need to sleep right now) in which to complete my mission. The alarm is set for 7am, local time, at which point you may queue the '24' countdown. X3
also... queue... queue... I keep thinking intinctively that it's spelt 'cue', but... queue... could it be?... is this the secret to the Q Continuum?! =O
I love the design of the bunny, especially his brush and how he's holding it. It helps to tie the scene together a little more with your theme, in my opinion, without advertising smoking (which I do not do, but I am neither for nor against, as grown-ups can make their own choices). One option you might take to simplify it is to remove the little curlicues - the swirls don't seem to have any particular meaning or purpose toward the theme or the picture, and - in my opinion - the image would work just as well without them as with them. (However, I am not an artist, so take my information with a saltlick, not just a grain of salt.)
