I think I liked this pic better in black & white... Well, anyway, this is the Doomsayer, a mysterious being who speaks prophecies of the apocalypse. Foul weather seems to follow him wherever he goes.

He predicted the deaths of both Tails and Copter, then vanished. Just before his prophecies were about to come true, he intervened. He told Tails it was only so he would understand his power, but Tails believed that he might have other reasons...

The Doomsayer reappears to warn Copter about events about to occur at Soleanna. Can he truly see the future? Who or what is he? Does he wish to save the world...or destroy it? For now, he remains a mystery...
