There are many different options afforded to us by life, and few embody this more starkly than Klause Wandersong. A cleric for a holy order, he finds himself unwittingly at a crossroads, and must choose wisely, for the results could be quite earth-shaking.

Poor Klause. No matter which path he ends up on, he's trying to do what he thinks is right.

Following the path of Heavenly Light or Shadowy Darkness... either way trying to do whats right in their mind... Two paths, one purpose. I've characters who fall into that category. Really cool pic and concept, I've always thought characters torn between light and dark were neat.

TAKE ALL THE PILLS. BECOME THE ONE THAT ATE THE MATRIX.
Or whatever the holy/unholy equivalent would be. I read some Popes back in the olden days supposedly did something like that...

" "Good and evil are so subjective. Why is it inherently evil to worship one god, while another takes you down the path of good? Why is the senseless killing of man or dwarf or elf an evil act when so called 'adventurers' barge unprovoked into the homes of Kobolds and Goblins and wholesale slaughter entire tribes on a daily basis? As a government, why should we take exception to the worship of so called "evil" gods if they encourage citizens to follow the law? Why should we allow these so called paladins and clerics to harass our people in the street because they think they have made the wrong theological choice? As a leader, is it not my DUTY to protect the interest of my citizens against these interlopers, no matter the cost to my soul?"

- Most Honourable Chairman Artyom, "In Defence Of My Actions", An address to the council.

*Ahem*. Anyway :P It's always interesting how games like D&D often make you think about morality more than most things in the real world
