first ever tattoo he did him self. its not done as he needs to colour it but this is the line work done. its not perfect but please remember its his first ever he did
looks good. But I hope he didn't freehand. When doing a tattoo.you always. always. ALWAYS sketch it in pen. like a ballpoint pen or something that releases ink well. Before you needle. Otherwise you can end up with crooked lines or the wrong shape. and at that point it's no going back as the needle phase is permanent. (well. semi, but it's expensive and painful to remove)

yeah he inked it out first. then did the tattoo. its not bad for his first one. and done on him self too. cant wait till hes doing good tattoos.. i have a few that need to be fixed up!
