Garbage Pail Kids pencils, ORIGINAL ones from 1985 (not the plainer ones that came after).
You will likely NEVER see one of these pencils in the wild, but if you do: grab it! They are nearly extinct (at time of my Reddit post to very recent, mine were the only ones of their vintage that could be found online---even Worthpoint didn't have any to show).
The hand being an off-screen grown-up is fun, reminds me of an older comic of yours where Brown Bunny's mom is telling Gene off for his inappropriate attire~

Are they from the comic or the Movie (The Garbage Pail Kids pencils) cause if they're from the movie they MIGHT be worth something. (GOD that movie sucked! And NOT in a good fun way!) They ARE cool though! :D And like the mechanical pencil for your other comic they fit perfectly with the cartoon. :)
