Real Name | Camilla Mendoza Class(es) | Enhanced, Alter Power(s) | Technopathy, technological possession, high-level tech genius Weakness(es) | Very ornery and inflexible
Young Camilla Mendoza's life was changed when an accident at a tech Expo transformed her flesh and blood body into living code spiraling through the open internet. It took all of her willpower and effort to find her way home in the midst of such an event, but her parents, both anti-Spark fundamentalists, tossed her out in the home computer she took refuge in. The trip to the warehouse she'd call her home was slow, arduous, and not something she enjoys discussing, but thankfully, a program doesn't feel cold, need to eat, or require a lot of space. Years later, she has turned this derelict space into a humming technological marvel and created a custom robot body for herself.
During the constuction of her home, she kept to herself, not interacting much with the outside world and rarely, if ever, talking to toher people. Finally, a miserable Aethernet decided to fix things before she went fully insane. The exploits of heroes and villains throughout the country was a happy distraction from everything he hated about herself. Hell, she was good at created tech, and she'd already built a robot body, why not try out the hero thing for herself? And thus, Aethernet plugged herself in (haha) to the hero network (I'm hilarious).
Her escapades are less frequent in the punching-muggers department than the other local heroes of Blue Hex Port, and instead, she busies herself with creating useful support gadgets: Oscillatrix's visor, comm links for everyone, and networking programs for the hero community to keep in touch. Honestly, the entire hero system could use an update into the modern era...maybe it just needs a solid plan....
