Fluttershy doesn't look pleased by a setup of future fight scenes. Perhaps she'd prefer the calming oasis of a hotsprings bath (full of buff knights.)

You're right. Absolutely right. But also given her situation and how much she probably looks up to heroic knights of yore including her brother on some level I'm guessing she's got blindness to the opulence factor. I'm sure if you told her something like this she'd have a few stories of knights who accomplished near impossible feats through skill and training alone, forgetting the exception is not the rule because of how well she deduces the flow of everything.
For her, especially in a situation involving Princess Celestia and those who could get viscerally hurt from the cult's actions tonight including that of Ponyville, I suspect she's in a bit of a sour mood and it's a sorer spot than usual. Catch her in a better time she might be more willing to listen without being worse for wear from it. Twi may also not realize how she appears to others from outside given how she's cut herself off to try and save those around her from her "poison."
