really awesome fantasy idea for a gunner weapon. From the design, I kinda imagine it as a rotating double barrel type deal rather than a single click per rotation just due to the orientation of how they line up at rest. So, 2 booms before needing to rotate and reload kind of deal. Pretty sick honestly as a fan of large shotguns. <3 (this ofc is just my own headcannon with no referance beyond the picture so no idea how it's actually supposed to work in their fantasy. ^.^; ) but the whole thing is really cool :3

This gun makes no sense. The point of multiple barrels is to switch between them to avoid overheating the barrels. But with them being mounted in place, it is the central part that transfers energy to the barrel that would need to rotate. Which would mess up accuracy because both the projectile / ray and any recoil would switch between four different positions, all of them off center. Unless of course all barrels fire simultanously to achieve a higher spread, like old anti-aircraft guns. But going against fliers would work better if the whole thing is carried on the shoulder instead of fired from the hip.
But I really like that it is foldable.

Accuracy? There are times you don't need to put multiple shots in one spot but want to delete larger areas. Like the story of an enemy shooting at a warship and the captain said "Remove that Hill" and they did.
