It kind of reminds us of the Sonic charecter maker you use to be able to find on DeviantArt before Adobe Flash lost support.
I do not know if it still exists.
Basically you got a blank slate and you could choose the colour, shape, what you wanted your Sonic OC to wear, they were female templates and male templates. You coild click on diffrent outfits. It was like a dress up game though you made you're own charecter and they where tones of them floating around in the middle 2000's.
