Claudia was meant to be the "starter villain" of the initial story I was making for Alfonso, and was meant to be a sort of superhero (the flowing scarf was meant to be her take on a superhero's cape). She didn't have a Colored Eye, but made up for it with her tenacity, and, like most "starter villains", I was just going to have her killed off to show how truly dangerous Alfonso is.

I eventually decided that killing off a character this interesting would be foolish (not to mention her design's honestly really hot), so I was planning to invoke the "Starter Villain Stays" trope and have her e recurring adversary and eventually ally to Alfonso. But, of course, I never got around to doing so due to losing interest in Alfonso and his story.
