Character Description
A tall, broad-shouldered anthro fox with a bright orange-and-white coat, expressive green eyes, and a grin that rarely leaves his face. His most striking feature is his golden cybernetic right arm — sleek, articulated, and neurally linked, replacing the limb he was born without. Built like someone who lives at the gym (because he does), he carries himself with an easy, welcoming confidence that puts people at ease the moment he opens his mouth.
Personality
Loud, warm, and relentlessly positive — the kind of guy who remembers your name after meeting you once and checks in on you a week later. Underneath the jokes and the booming laugh is someone who takes people's struggles seriously, especially anyone who's ever been made to feel small. He has zero patience for bullies, gatekeepers, or anyone who talks down to others over things they can't control. Fiercely loyal once he decides someone's under his wing.
Likes/Dislikes
Likes: weightlifting, pizza, sushi, ice cream, loud gym playlists, helping people hit a new personal best.
Dislikes: people who belittle others, anyone who mocks someone for their past or their struggles, gyms that feel unwelcoming to beginners.
Background/History
Born without his right arm, FlufPaws grew up wearing a series of prosthetics — starting with a simple mechanical one with barely any range of motion. Kids were cruel about it, and he spent much of his childhood being bullied for something he never chose. Rather than let it harden him, he turned that pain into purpose: he started lifting weights as a teenager to prove something to himself, fell in love with it, and eventually opened his own gym — a place deliberately built to be welcoming to anyone who's ever felt out of place in a fitness space. Over the years his prosthetic has been upgraded piece by piece into a fully neural-linked cybernetic arm, letting him move it as naturally as flesh and bone, and apply exactly the right amount of force without a second thought.
Relatives/Family
Doesn't talk much about his birth family. These days his "family" is more the people he's taken in — most recently Roxy, a spirited young woman with no place of her own, now staying as a guest at his home while he mentors her at the gym too, something like a little sister.
World/Setting
Modern-day setting with light cybernetic/prosthetic technology woven in — nothing sci-fi extreme, just advanced enough that neural-linked limb replacements exist and are becoming more common. FlufPaws' life mostly revolves around his gym and the community that's grown around it.
Body
Athletic and heavily muscled from years of consistent training — broad chest, defined abs, thick powerful legs. Orange fur with white markings across the chest, belly, and muzzle, a fluffy white-tipped tail, and tall expressive ears. His golden robotic right arm is proportioned to match his build, not bulky or cartoonish — clearly engineered, not bolted-on.
Clothing
Casual, practical, gym-oriented — tank tops, athletic shorts, sometimes shirtless with a towel slung over his good shoulder after a workout. Combat-style boots when he's out and about. Nothing flashy; function over fashion.
Accessories
A gym towel he almost always has nearby, and occasionally simple wristbands or grip tape on his organic hand.
