Scarcity, absence is the base natural state of things and Rez is the engine against it. He is the God who walks the dreams of those in places of destitution and leaves them as lands of plenty. Rez is tied to his brother, Spaz, the God of Charity. The two cannot exist or fulfill their missions without the other. In the Path of Anima, honest work, fair exchange, and the improvement of the engines of prosperity are acts of worship. Workshops and trading floors carry the anifocus marks on their machines as a reminder that commerce is a part of the sapient cycle and the dominion of intelligent life above the beasts. Artisans are the countless agents of Rez's will and the traders are the preachers of it.
