Someday she might have to ride on a low-boy flatbed tractor-trailer rig, with "wide load" signs on the front of the tractor and on the rear of the trailer. And with an escort vehicle ahead with a sign reading "wide load follows". And an escort vehicle behind with a sign that reads "wide load ahead" Every time she wants to go somewhere, her caretakers would have to acquire a wide load permit from D.O.T.
There have been people who were so big when they died, they had to be buried in a piano case. The day she dies, she might have to be buried in a railroad box car (railroad rolling stock are typically 10 feet wide). They would have to cut a section out of the side of the box car to get her corpse inside. Then weld the section back onto the box car before lowering it down into her grave using a couple of 8 axle heavy lifter cranes.

Amazing~! You do a really great job with making both size and growth feel like it has weight instead of just being inflated like a balloon. Really nice work with her curves expanding and showing the heft to her belly. Plus her expression in the last panel is hilariously great! The asymmetrical eyes are a nice touch.
