It was early spring in Peak Country. Slither gave Feathers and his siblings chores to do around the house, and Feathers was given a chore to mop the floor near the door. But as he mopped the floor, he felt sad, because he could not stop thinking about Ince, him crying about losing his parents, and he felt so bad for the poor little puppy. He wanted to help his little brother... but how can he? Feathers could only wish he'd do more to make Ince feel happy again.
