If the economy collapses like financial experts believe it will, there'll be a millions of desperate people out there who will shove integrity aside in order to feed their starving children, and to find a place where they won't freeze to death.
Some members of the Federal Reserve believe we're in for times way worse than it was during the great economic depression of the 1930s. They advise before times get that bad to: Be out of debt Have a cash cushion saved of a few thousand dollars, and not keeping it in the banking system Have nonperishable food stored up in case the trucks can't get fuel to deliver goods and groceries. Have bottled water stored up, or a plan to purify water incase the grid goes down. Have a means to defend yourself and your family. The have not's will be stealing from the haves.
The millions of people who are: Drowning in debt Financially broke Have no food stored up Have no plans in case the water infrastructure shuts down Have drug addictions will be faced with the choice between integrity and survival.
