Character Sheet for Rica
Character Description
Rica is a Boltund who works as a card dealer at Queen's Rock, a notorious Sapphire City establishment that combines a strip club, casino, and hidden private parlor under one roof. Her position puts her directly in the middle of the establishment's games, where she deals cards to everyone from casual gamblers looking for excitement to wealthy regulars who can lose more money in one evening than most people see in a year. Rica has learned quickly that the cards themselves are only part of the game—the real skill lies in understanding the people sitting across the table.

Background/History
She is exceptionally good at maintaining a neutral expression, even when she knows exactly what another player is thinking. Bluffing, intimidation, flirting, and desperate attempts to recover a losing hand are all things she encounters regularly, and Rica has become adept at recognizing the subtle signs that someone is about to make a reckless decision. She never cheats, but she certainly enjoys watching players convince themselves that the next hand will somehow turn everything around. Her job has given her a sharp understanding of human and Pokémon behavior, and she rarely takes what happens at the tables personally.
Outside the casino floor, Rica is considerably more relaxed. She enjoys having a job that gives her plenty of stories to tell, although she is careful about revealing anything that happens in the more private areas of Queen's Rock. She understands that discretion is part of the profession and has no interest in becoming involved in other people's scandals.
