Character Description

Caronza is a former Blackguard who traded the rigid discipline of military service for a quieter, though no less demanding, role as head security at HM69, Sapphire City's renowned nightclub in the Red Light District. Her years as a Blackguard forged her into an exceptional combatant and tactician, someone capable of assessing threats in an instant and ending confrontations before they could spiral out of control. While many expected someone with her background to continue pursuing a life of warfare or private mercenary work, Caronza had little interest in spending the rest of her life fighting battles that no longer meant anything to her. Instead, she accepted an offer from Noche, who believed that a woman with Caronza's experience would be far better suited to protecting the club's employees than the intimidating male guards many establishments relied upon.

Background/History

Noche's reasoning proved correct. The performers and employees of HM69 quickly grew comfortable with Caronza's presence, viewing her less as an enforcer and more as a dependable guardian. She understands that many of the club's workers occasionally deal with overly persistent admirers, intoxicated patrons, or individuals who mistake kindness for invitation. Caronza has perfected the art of intervening before situations escalate, often resolving problems with nothing more than a cold stare and a firm voice. When words fail, however, her Blackguard training resurfaces with frightening efficiency. Very few troublemakers make the mistake of challenging her twice.

Although her reputation paints her as stern and intimidating, Caronza is surprisingly approachable once she lowers her guard. She has become something of an older sister to many of the women working at HM69, offering practical advice, quietly checking on their wellbeing, and making sure everyone gets home safely after late-night shifts. She is fiercely protective of "Noche's girls," as she has come to affectionately think of them, and she treats any threat against them as a personal matter
