Charlotte is a friendly, cheerful, slightly chubby girl who is twelve years old. She loves sunny afternoons, water, books, silly jokes, and clothes that feel light enough to spin or skip in. Around unfamiliar people she can be quiet, polite, and self-conscious, but once she feels safe she becomes bright, bubbly, and very expressive.
