He is a cat, but has some human attributes. So, he is mostly cat, but doesn't belong to any species in the felis genre (the cats). Still, he is a felis. The "sapiens" in homo sapiens (human) means "wise". Since Yure can talk, walk on two legs and think like a human (not to mention his "junk" x3), even if he is a cat on every other aspect, I think he is worth the "sapiens" label. So, he is a felis (cat) sapiens (wise).
