Character Sheet for Victor Palmer
Character Description
Victor is a 17-year-old, pure-blood panther. He's highly intelligent, and unfortunately evil. Unlike Jake, however, Victor's malevolence is quiet and secretive, making him seem less dangerous than he actually is. Victor is a Covert Narcissist, so rather than openly calling direct attention to himself in grandiose displays, he rather enjoys quietly manipulating other kids behind their backs, through third parties, or quietly spreading rumors about Mark or Tom. He is not usually specifically violent, but he often uses Jake to menace Mark for his own amusement--as long as he, himself, doesn't get into trouble. Victor is Jake's "Buddy"-- he is good at not getting caught for causing trouble, and he keeps his grades high-- and Victor uses this arrangement to manipulate Jake into acting even more crazy.
Personality
Victor is a sly, malignant narcissist who, despite being quite malevolent, is also not very overt or grandiose-- he is far less obvious with his menace than Jake. Rather than directly physically abusing other students, Victor enjoys either emotionally toying with them, or privately encouraging Jake to cause trouble, which he then gets in trouble for. At a glance, Victor actually seems like a well-behaved intelligent kid who almost doesn't belong here; it's only when you get to know him that his troubling malicious personality casts a spooky shadow.

Background/History
Victor Palmer is from an upper class family from Brockport-- his father is a Financial Officer at Rochester Bank Inc., and his mother is the chairwoman for the Board of Education in New York. This created a sense of entitlement that encouraged Victor to casually mistreat the other students at school. Victor went on being a terror at Brockport General school for six years, causing misery for all the other students who went to school with him.
When Victor was in the 7th grade, he rather viciously bullied a young boy who had a crush on an older girl in the next grade. Allegedly, Victor offered to set this kid up with a date, but then told this other girl horrible unflattering things about him, and then video-recorded the boy's disastrous attempt to meet her, disseminating this video among the 6th grade population. A week later, this boy tragically committed suicide by hanging in the back schoolyard. With the seriousness of this event looming over her, the young lady came forward with info that Victor was the one who had made the embarrassing video and disseminated it. Victor's parents were sued, taking responsibility for their son's actions, and Victor was committed to Tempered Trails.
Oddly, Victor has not recently thought of getting revenge against the young girl who ratted him out--though likely because she has since moved to Binghamton. Having worn a venire of reform and subdued manner, Victor will likely graduate next year, and whatever he does do when he gets out, likely won't be anything good...

Body
Victor isn't quite as tall as Jake, but has better build. All black, he is mostly recognized by his piercing, shining blue eyes, which are even clearer than Mark's. He's somewhat powerful, though he rarely engages in physical brutality--he's more into psychological manipulation.

Victor often dresses mannerly, in white shirts, dark casual pants, and sometimes ties.
