Oh man, it's like I should know which picture inspired this, but I can't figure it out. Every 1980's and 1990's cartoon poster of pizza party from Garfield, Ninja Turtles, Biker Mice, Heathcliff, Slimer and Those Characters from Cleveland are not it.
