Much to unpack here...
That is very much a mini nuke I would guess.
The countries flag on the ground and the triple six in the wind.
The haphazardly parked vehicles all over the lawn.
The look of doubt or contemplation on the general's face as he looks at the symbol of chaos.

First off - you did great with the surgery image.

The rest of the story - great! Gotta love it. The (I'm guessing) bomb implanted in his body, that is a twist few would expect.
