Meet Lyra Welles, a sheriff on one of the dusty planets out on the fringes of the chartered galaxy, and more importantly the mother of Penelope Welles . This was an original creation by my friend BlazeymixTheBun who loved Penelope so much that she wanted to contribute in her lore.
And thus, Lyra Welles came to be as Penelope's Biological mother, and the reason why the intrepid space squirrel has an amazing daring-do personality and a fondness for one-pieces. Absolutely loved how gorgeous she looks that this has become official canon. ❤️
