Looking for new planets to scout was always the most boring part. Mable huffed, looking at her Scanner. ``Come ooooooooooon....'' She pleaded. But just as she was about to toss in the towel and go do something else, the number pinged from 0 to 1. 1 inhabited Planet found.
Landing in a haste of excitement and anticipation, her 70's sci-fi saucer touched down gently, tripod legs extending and sinking into the soft soil. Coming down the short ramp and stepping on the surface, she looked around.
``Inhabited? But it's so...empty!'' She lifted up her paw and lightly stomped in frustration, feeling something tingly under her sole.
Down in the city below, the inhabitants watched as a countless mile-wide UFO touched down, three colossal pillars extending out and crushing bits of sister cities as the platform extended down. Then, in a separate city miles away, they saw her. A massive, towering Clefable in a purple dress began to walk down, easily the largest thing on the planet by order of magnitudes.
As the quaking `thoom's got closer, all they could do was wonder what was happening before her city-spanning paw rose above them. Just as quick, it lowered down, time seeming to slow down as it crushed buildings first and slowly ground their city to dust from her unimaginable weight.
As she looked down to see the source of the sensation, she saw the fifth of the city not under her fluffy paw, and nearly fainted. Little....cities? They were! Roads leading to others, patches of farms with land way to organized to be wildlife, and pretty little lights sparkling up to her. With an excited look, she turned her gaze back to the city she was currently standing on (unknown to her that another, smaller one was entirely under her other paw), and let out a voice that shattered windows and toppled what few structures remained.
``OMG!!!! I'M...you're all so SMALL!'' Her voice was happy and excitable, toes scrunching in glee and amusement. The tremors this little action caused were innumerable, and devastating, buildings swallowed up in the fissures created from such a small movement.
Lifting up her paw once more, she moved to take another step, seeing all the settlements and gatherings of the little earthlings she almost froze from choice overload. Taking her step, and then another, and then another, city after city became pawprint-shaped craters in her wake. And wherever her paws missed, cracks formed in the length of miles and made the land unusable and hazardous.
Down in the world of the earthlings, panic was an understatement. Evacuations to bunkers and safehouses of all kinds commenced, and the army did everything to mobilize as fast as possible. Citizens with firearms, policemen with weaponry, and the high grade, unparalleled military tanks shot everything they had at the alien Pokemon, to no avail. It was as if she didn't even notice their peppering!
Eventually, after a bit of a stroll to take in the sights of her landing site, she slowly got down and took a knee. She just NEEDED a closer look at these adorable little things! Reaching down, her fluffy digits began to pinch and scrape up little bits of a metropolis, but all she was able to get from them was a fine, grey dust, sprinkled into her furry palm.
It was unlike anything they had ever seen. A finger who's thickness was more than a third of the city came crashing down with minimal to no effort. Skyscrapers that stood for decades crumbled into glass dust, the cement foundation disintegrated like sand, and neighboring structures fell from the vibrations alone. If that wasn't enough, a second, stouter finger- her thumb - came down with just as much warning. They didn't stay still for long, moving faster than should be possible towards each other, bulldozing any and everything in between. The panicked fleeing was futile as the complete eradication of her fingers path was worsened by the eventual lifting.
Chunks of rubble and debris rained down, entire city blocks worth of buildings crashing down everywhere. What wasn't destroyed by her wasn't much safer as the hundreds of years' worth of human progress was lifted up carelessly into the air.
``Aww...'' She said, disappointed. ``Aren't small things supposed to be durable?'' She mused to herself. Oh well, she thought, as she began to lick the powder off her palm. And as she did...she paused.
``Mmmmm, that's SO GOOD!!!'' She yelled out, happily looking down at the rest of the city, whose inhabitants didn't know things could get *worse*. Reaching down, her fuzzy fingers dug deep into the ground around the city, deeper than any manmade hole they'd ever excavated, and that was only the initial impact. As she continued to work her fingers down under the ground, she curved her hand so that she could attempt to pry the entire metro up from the ground.
With ample space around it, some of the surrounding rural and suburban areas coming with the city, she slowly began to lift it into the air. Gazing with glee as she was able to take a closer look, she let her thumb rest in the center of the chunk of land she had pulled, gently settling down as it smothered the busiest, most decorated part of town.
With as much carefulness as she could muster, she opened her maw, pushing the chunk of land in past her lips as she bit down, cleaving cleanly through the crust she had pilfered from the land. After a few munches, she swallowed, the gulp echoing out as far as she could be seen, spelling doom for the rest of them as she once again lit up.
She brought her other hand to her cheek as she enjoyed the flavor sensation, her lack of focus accidently causing her to press down and crumble the remaining half of the city into a pile of what, to her, looked like pebbles. Or in her case, granola, happily dumping the rest onto her tongue and swallowing.
``Hmm...I wonder...'' She gazed down at the much larger city nearby, big enough that a dead-on stomp might not even cover it all! Getting down onto her stomach, her chest smothered swaths of land and valleys, hundreds of thousands of earthlings flattened under her gargantuan bust. She reached her head down, tongue slowly coming out and maw wide open, as it came for the as of yet untouched city.
``Aaaaaaaahhhh~'' She let out idly, as the people of this city could only watch her tongue crash down. The sticky, humid breath coming from her mouth was the least of their concerns as any and everything that her tongue touched stuck to it, a pile of debris forming as she draaaaaaaaged it slowly across the length of the city. Pulling her tongue up and back into her mouth, she closed her lips as she began to munch and enjoy her little snack, peering at the narrow trench she had dug under the city.
As she enjoyed her snack, she opened up her palm, and began to bring it down to what remained of the halved town. Giggling with glee, she gently pressed it into the metropolis, fingers splayed apart from each other as she crushed everything under it. A little blush formed as her fingers slowly began to curl inward, a devastating act for anyone still around to see it, but to her she was just crumpling up as much infrastructure as she could, grinding it between her digits and palm into a pile of sparkly gravel. As she swallowed what she had, she gazed up at the sky. Well, that's how it looked, at least. For a being so big, the sky was hard to quantify. Regardless, she gazed up, and saw a white sphere floating in the distance.
``Ooooooh...'' She said quietly, as her index finger began to glow. Lifting one up, she wagged it back and forth, and after a moment, the moon detached itself from orbit and began to come down to earth. As it came down, it looked bigger and bigger, but whatever her finger wagging did to bring it down seemed to be shrinking it smaller and smaller to fit in her grasp. She reached for it, carefully grabbing it so as to try and not break it for once, marveling at its beauty.
It looked so pretty in her grasp, yet to anyone watching...it was heart wrenching. Their moon, the thing that's been in their sky for millennia, the celestial body poems and movies and legends were centered around, this alien gal held it in her grasp, dusting it off with her thumb as she examined its beauty.
After a moment of deliberation, she gingerly stuck her tongue out, and gave it a little lick. If she liked the cities before, this was like tasting pure ambrosia compared to a potato chip. Her eyes lit up, and she hastily began licking it more and more, like a jawbreaker. Grabbing each side of it with her hands, she began to rip it apart, doing so with as much effort as tearing a pastry in half. Red hot magma seeped down onto her fingers, and the landscape below, scorching it disastrously while she simply just licked it off her fingers and the sides of the moon like donut filling.
After she cleared most of the sticky magma off her fingers and the faux-pastry, she began munching down, eyes closed in bliss. And as she munched, swallowed, and munched more, already a quarter through devouring it, something began to happen. She began to get *bigger,* her body pulsing larger and larger every few seconds, with her none the wiser as she enjoyed her snacks.
Cities that were too big for even her hand to crush were now being flattened under her chest, and the land quickly turned from a sprawling country she could cross in 20 minutes to a dwindling landmass that left her paws in the shallow pond on one end, and her bust getting soaked on the other.
Just as she finished the first half, she was already resting on the curvature of the earth, smiling giddily as she opened her eyes and saw what was going on. It only took her a moment to realize the simple fact that she had gotten bigger, and she wasn't one to look a gift horse in the mouth, quickly stuffing the other half of the moon (that had grown with her) into her jaws, yelling out.
``EEEEEEEEE OH MY GOD!!!'' Said with a mouth full of lunar rock she was busy swallowing. The planet, one hemisphere crushed by the growing fairy, was dwindling at an alarming rate under her, and she quickly pushed herself off of it so it wouldn't get lost.
After half a minute more, the remaining thousands of humans could only look on as an eye the size of their home gazed down at them. ``EEEEEE YOURE SO ADORABLE!!!'' She said, pinching the planet up between two fingers, tips bigger than the hemispheres of the former lush planet. In her excitement, she applied just a bit too much pressure, cracks forming around the equator as the planet was being squashed and flattened in her pinch.
Still intact, but crumbling as seconds went by, she couldn't help herself as she found her mouth opened up, and happily pressed the deteriorating planet against her tongue, scraping it off into a half of itself in a pile of rubble and magma, drawing her tongue in with a warm blush as she pressed a palm against her cheek.
``Mmmm......that was SO much fun....I'm gonna have to do that again sometime~'' She mused to herself, as she wagged her fingers once more and conjured up her space ship once more, stepping in with a delighted pat to her belly.
