Two decades after her act of selflessness, bravery, valiance, and heroism, Cosmo still has numerous fans who refuse to let her memory fade. Some of those fans are part of the #SaveCosmo movement, and I am no exception.
To continue honoring Cosmo twenty years later, I made a huge drawing with her, her family, and over twenty of their many closest supporters. From left to right:

If you look closely at what Billy is holding, in his left hand is the plush of Cosmo someone here at DeviantArt made for me in the summer of 2011. Although that someone is no longer here, I continue to appreciate all the work she has done for me.
In his right hand is a Cosmo keychain given personally to me by Amy Birnbaum, the voice of Cosmo, when I went to see her at NostalgiaCon in New Orleans back in November. It was a very exciting and emotional moment for me. Huge thanks to her for that kind gesture. It was exciting enough for me to meet Amy Birnbaum. As I had put it, it was like Cosmo had come back from the dead to be in New Orleans where I got to meet her face to face.
This is the first time ever that I've drawn the Seedrians Chrysanthemum and Earthia. Trying to find colors for them, especailly Chrysanthemum, was difficult. I'm planning on trying to find another pink that will stand out for next time, but for a first, it was a good try.
Now, I'm sure some of you are wondering where other characters are. For one, Shadow, despite warming up to Cosmo, still wants to give her a bit of distance whenever possible, but he, Maria, Silver (full of admiration for Cosmo's bravery), and Blaze all agreed to be the folks behind the cameras to take this amazing panoramic multi-camera photo, showing that two decades have done nothing to make Cosmo's memory fade into oblivion or hopes for her triumphant return seem like nothing more than a lost cause.
There have been some indications beyond the potted plant in Tails' workshop that have spoken to the possibility of Cosmo coming back for sure. For one TMS Entertainment, who holds the rights to Cosmo, has been owned by SEGA for many years, but if you thought that was something, you ain't seen nothing yet. There's an upcoming mobile game titled Sonic Blitz, and leak rumors suggested that Cosmo will be a character in the game! Whether or not she will be playable is another story, but if her appearance works out, we could see some official merch of her very soon, but in the meantime, those closest to her, such as Tails, Zooey, and Lisa, not to mention myself, are looking forward to one of the most exciting and triumphant comebacks in the history of the Sonic franchise. In the meantime, however, in our hearts, she will remain forever young.
