Noelle's father was a classic cone hat arcane wizard with a library of a billion tomes. he tried teaching her some stuff, but whenever she was able to select her own books she just wanted to read about guns. she was perhaps autistic and her special interest was firearms. She ended up combining her two interests to appease her father, and developed skill in transmutation. she specializes in reloading spent bullets, and changing bullets to optimize their lethality. Ex. coating the metals with botulism, so that even being grazed by a round will cause the victim to die of paralysis within 48 hours. Spreading around botulism easily makes her faction very strong in siege battles.
