Merfyn Harker is easily the most important person in his homeland, the isle of man. An island sandwiched between Ireland and Britain with a population around 80,000.
Merfyn accidentally summoned a demon when performing traditional pagan rituals and began whooping its ass really good, as he's a skill witch and alchemist. But before a deathblow could be dealt, the demon flew through him and got wedged in his chest, and they formed a symbiotic relationship that's extremely beneficial to harker and unlocked all new avenues of runic spells and physical invulnerability.
He developed a strong bloodlust, and opened old wounds over historic slights against him and his people.
He's now leading a large naval invasion against the United States to have a revolutionary war part 2 and leads an army of thousands of fighting men armed with decommissioned FN FAL's and a stolen nuclear submarine.
Also pictured with him is wanted domestic terrorist from the IRA, a hamster named Declan.
Declan is his closest confidant and strategist and helps with recruitment and radicalization and has murdered 20 people.
(I thought, what if somebody drew a hamster that's badass? has anybody done that before? lol. Declan is my answer to that question)
