Personality
A gentle and kind bear but if threatened or someone he loves is threatened he will do everything in his power to protect them. Playful and childish at times but can be very strict and serious if the matter at hand requires him to do so.

Background/History
-His family and the tribe he was a part of was conquered and destroyed when he was about 3 years of age and was orphaned. He was found by looters searching through the ruins of the once great tribe's city. He was raised till the age of 10 where he left to live on his own accepting assassination contracts for the wealthy people of Rokhaven, which the Citadel he now lives in is located underneath.

World/Setting
The world Tichy lives in is one with great magics and machinery. The architecture is similar to that of a medieval era with castles and what not. The citadel he lives in is similar to the Dwemer ruins of Tamriel (from The Elder Scrolls) except with less exposed machinery and pipes but similar stone work.
He is the lord of the Citadel called Arcem Stine which in Latin means Citadel of Stone
The Citadel is a massive underground compound in a giant hollowed out caver about a mile under the city. Its streets well paved with beautiful brickwork and lit by gas lamps fueled by the natural gas pockets in nearby caverns. With more and more young cubs from the streets and homeless citizens of the city above the Citadel's housing districts have been rebuilt and are becoming populated again. The new citizens of the citadel have started to open up shops and work in the fields of the underground farms and workshops producing beautiful metal work from the metals in the mines. The Citadel is maintained by magical drones (or small golems) which are controlled at the heart of the Citadel in a building that can only be unlocked by Tichy and his mate as well as his bloodline. The heart is a large crystal of great magical properties and is what keeps the Citadel alive. The crystal itself, stands about 25 feet tall and is black with orange glowing markings across its surface, controls all the automated facilities and drones through commands given to it by Tichy.
