Here are some notes from the original chat when planning the picture:

General idea:
A small work vehicle, with a closed cargo cabin in the back.
•  Skimmer based, with limited flight capability ( it can rise a certain couple (tens) of meter above the ground) to clear some obstacles. Unless having multiple extra wagons attached to it.
•  The wings have ailerons, thus empathizing the limited aerial capabilities.
•  The ‘wings’ can fold up(-wards) to make the profile smaller, and thus have a line front to back that form thus a seam.
•Character, Sekbe. Kobold: Size: about 1 meter.

:- )   simply perfect for moving valuable / emergency cargo in swamp areas / forests / rough & wild places. the thing seems rather «new», but already gone in enough difficult missions to show the «scars», if i may say so. i can totally see the need for frequent service stops. as usual; go to SeaTeal shop, only high technology with a sense! guaranteed!  :-P

Indeed that was the design goal, a high-tech but also trusty rugged machine. It is hauling various kinds of cargo in various environmental conditions, frequent maintenance is a good idea ^^

The interesting thing about ailerons is that they can be used in any fluid medium, air or water.  By forcing water up or down, the ailerons could allow the craft to roll underwater if its submerged, although it might not be a good idea to do a full roll.

That would be a very handy addition to the vehicle's capabilities! I don't know what the limitations of it in its lore is but would be a cool thing to have indeed!
