Ethel, one of the many constituent cities within the Bastion known for the discovery of the Turndial and the birth of many inventors. While many say crime is minimal even in the slums due to the effective surveillance capabilities the Turndial provides, it only deters large syndicates and the most grave of crimes.
I'm trying to be a bit loose with ideas on Skeb usually describing more about my character and the world he lives in.
So when I received this I was very impressed with how the artist captured that old England feel. The rainy day and the colours being more cool and dull which mutes Atun's pink a bit, I love it.
I hope to do more worldbuilding ideas down the road. Though it takes a lot of time to get these ideas going.
