Note: Her recklessness isn’t born from arrogance, but from escape. The battlefield is the one place where Yuna doesn’t feel small. Because away from the hunt, everything changes. Back at camp, Yuna becomes a completely different person. The same Palamute who barrels headfirst into towering monsters struggles to speak in a casual conversation. Her voice catches, her posture closes in, and her confidence evaporates under the weight of simple social interaction. Crowds make her uneasy, unfamiliar faces make her flustered, and being addressed directly—especially by male hunters—often leaves her stumbling over her words or retreating entirely.

Note: She avoids eye contact, fidgets with her gear, and relies heavily on her partner to speak for her. Where she commands attention in battle, she shrinks from it in camp. It’s not that she doesn’t want to connect—she simply doesn’t know how. Words feel clumsy. Timing feels wrong. Every interaction feels like something she might mess up.

Note: Her partner is the exception. With them, Yuna finds stability. They understand her rhythms—the silence, the hesitation, the way she communicates more through action than speech.
