This is an obscure woman from the Archie Sonic Comics.  She doesn't have a name, but some people simply call her "Sultry Saloon Girl".

In Issue #91 of the Archie Sonic Comics, Fang (Nack) gloated about a job he took on Sonic.  (A few issues later, he was caught.)  The bar woman welcomed him to return to the bar.  However, Fang's sister showed up with a bounty job for Chaos Knuckles.  Believing Fang was married, the bar woman slapped Fang and stormed off.

A lot of Sonic characters looked the same in the 90s.  This sultry saloon girl happens to look like a blonde Sally Acorn (with a beauty mark and eyeshadow).  Keeping that in mind, I wanted to know what she'd look like with black hair and pink fur.

I'd imagine this sultry saloon girl relocated in Mirage Saloon Zone.

Funny how I suddenly remember certain obscure characters simply from scene explanation alone.

Yeah, she'd fit in to the Zone's theme pretty easily. Wonder if Heavy Magician would've fooled her with the Fang illusion...?
