Yes, Bunnie's parents are officially named Mr. and Mrs. Rabbot. There were many in Acorn Kingdom who didn't agree with the oppressive rule of the royal Acorn family. And the Rabbots allied themselves with Overlanders.
Following the theme of Bunnie piloting mech suits in place of her cybernetics, her mother would most likely pilot robotic suits.
I would love to do more with the mothers of Sonic meida.
