If you're confused due to missing the previous pages (this is page 4), you might have them keyword-blocked like I did. They're both tagged "surgery", which I had blocked, and page 2 is also marked mature for "mild violence".
(In retrospect, my total block of "surgery" was over-broad due to laziness. I mostly wanted to block it in a sexual context, so blocking that tag only for "adult"-rated submissions would likely have sufficed. However, I lazily selected the "block everywhere" option :p)
