Borrowed an old workflow from a friend, modified the KSampler, changed the upscale model used in the Ultimate SD upscale, changed the checkpoint got rid of the model merge, used my standard style LoRAs and added a high res fix script, bypassed a node and made changes to the VAE (used the one in the model rather than an extra VAE) SO all in all, a lot of tuning, optimizing and customizing.
First time working with a Ultimate SD upscale, decided to combine it with the high res fix script to further improve on the details.
First image is the upscaled high res version and the second image is not upscaled — Image touched up in medibang android with the output from USDU, brought into paint3d, rescaled to my default 1432 max res, brought it into comfy for final upscale run and then Color graded in GIMP and resized from "absurd res" to default in paint 3D.
