These things aren't immune to fire...while it could cost the dock. There's gotta be barrels of Naphtha near. (Used to help water seal the outer hull of wood ships against salt water). Two or three barrels and one fire arrow would render the water dangerous for them to crawl out of. They'd be coated an considering the heat of that oil. It wouldn't take much for them to burn with it.
