"The Villain" or "I did this just before MFF started"

A very last piece for the MFF's art show, following the Villain theme of the convention (except this one is not on vacations)
Back when the theme was "Heroes" I had made up this raccoon hero, I guess the villain could be a red panda, but in the end of this story he's going to have his redemption and they both will be friends forever. That's what precisely he's contemplating, what was his path he followed to become a villain of this story.
