he's starclafts brother and a member of the cloud leo family who keep the arid lands of Tropicus hydrated and able to support life. He enjoys taking his little brother sunny out on flights since he's too young to make the journey to the sea and back by himself and takes the time to try to keep the territorial disputes between the Leo families at a minimum.
