Spike has to wear a diaper on Halloween because people keep trying to scare him and he always wets himself. Not helping is that he always gets scared out of his pants so when the accidents happen, the pranksters get a full view of it. This has had the unfortunate side effect of people choosing him as their favorite target every year. It's either change a bunch of underwear or fill up one really absorbent diaper. Could he try not being a scaredy cat? He has. Not an option.
