The short version is that he was a kid who loved pulling pranks around his neighborhood. His birthday was October 30th and his favorite holiday, Halloween, was just a day later. He ran a bit too far without looking where he was going when escaping the scene of one his pranks one Halloween night 10 years before the current timeline of Juvenile Jenga and was struck by a car full of drunk teenagers. But the Blood Moon that night must have had some magic that day because the legend of the prank ghost that goes around pulling pranks on trick or treaters began the very next year and continues to live on~!
There's a nice line up of kids he's gotta prank this year. So, why not give them all a nice little window to their humiliation? They've got cool costumes on but this ghost is gonna make sure his selected targets are seen in most of their costumes... and their underwear. Because that's just funny.
